The Dudley Experience | Memorial Services

Memorial Services

Memorial Services for Dudley were held 10:00 AM, Thursday, March 29, 2012 at Southern Arizona Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Sierra Vista, AZ. Full military honors where accorded.

He was buried not twenty miles from Tombstone, AZ—an appropriate spot for such legendary men as Wyatt Earp, Doc Holliday and Dudley Hale.

A wake is scheduled to be held at the home of Dudley and Dian in Tucson, AZ March 29—31 to celebrate Dudley’s rich life of friendship, story and adventure. Feel free to stop by and share in the celebration of his life. Beer, whiskey and rocketage are always welcomed guests of honor.

In lieu of flowers, consider a donation made on behalf of Dudley G. Hale to the charitable Veterans organization of your choice.

  1. I was on the road in Santa Fe, NM when Dudley died, and didn’t return home until two days after his service. I deeply regret that I missed saying goodbye. I send my love and condolences to Baden, Diane and Family. His suffering is over, his music and his book live on. Well done, Brother. Now for some rest.

  2. Can someone please send me Dudley’s home address? All I have is a PO box…
    Thanks

  3. Fading light dims the sight,
    And a star gems the sky, gleaming bright.
    From afar drawing nigh — Falls the night.

    Day is done, gone the sun,
    From the lake, from the hills, from the sky;
    All is well, safely rest, God is nigh.

    Then good night, peaceful night,
    Till the light of the dawn shineth bright;

    God is near, do not fear — Friend, good night.
